Guest access
You will have private access to the entire property, which includes the main cabin and the separate garage building housing the loft and an additional bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck or relax on the patio, surrounded by the serene beauty of the forest. Garage access is available to keep your vehicles or gear safe year-round.

Other things to note:

• We recommend a 4x4 vehicle year-round for ease of access as the road. Snow removal service will be scheduled once snowfall reaches 3 inches.

• The garage and loft are located in a separate building approximately 50 to 75 feet from the main house. The other bedroom is above the garage. Please note there are two full bathrooms, and both are located in the main house. There is no bathroom in the separate garage/loft building.

• The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us.

• Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks. During business hours, if our team is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange.

• Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.

• Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

• Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

• All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight
