The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us.
Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks. During business hours, if our team is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.
Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.
Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.
All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight

Una gran experiencia alojarnos en este bello lugar sin duda muy recomendable
Positive: We love the location, the spaciousness of the house and the layout. Negative: We drove 2 days to get to this destination. Upon arriving the owner of the property notified us that the air conditioner was out. Looking at the weather it was supposed to be over 100° all week. The hosting company knew the air conditioning was down since the previous wednesday. They claim to have tried to notify us on Friday but we never received a message. It wouldn't have mattered anyway we were already on the road to come out. I feel the hosting company really dropped the ball by not knowing notifying us with a phone call on Wednesday or thursday. We were happy with the property and the house which helped make up for it. They did offer us half off of the total cost which helped make up for some of the inconvenience. We're still not happy with the way the hosting company handled this issue. I would not recommend them again.
This home is amazing. Great host and even better views. The house was spotless and provided a comfortable place for my group.
